  Pale salmon color, steady beads. Aromas of rose petal, wheat, oyster shell, almond and strawberry- lots of complexity. The palate really opens and shines with air- starting with chalk and wheat notes, then opening up to racy apple and red berry fruit and slate-minerality. Nice mix of primary and secondary throughout. Rich, medium to full-bodied, good depth and finish. Very nicely done.
