Fridge for about 20 min from the cellar - cool but not cold. Pours with a large pink mousse. Nose is immediately earthy, grassy, spicy, and some dark red fruit. Palate is tight berries (blueberry?) with a relatively little amount of remaining bubbliness. Enough to give it some lift. Big acidity here, of course. Just enough residual sugar to take any bite away. Medium finish - not particularly yeasty, which is not surprising given the minimal ageing on the lees. I like this even more than I expected to. Similar to the last bottle - still extremely fresh and vibrant with plenty of Harvest Moon character.

Harvest Moon very brief impressions (winery): Restrained; not overly sweet or rich, but somewhat flat on the palate, and (again) VA.
