Copperish yellow color. Day one--smells very much like the Norman cider I had recently: apple, funk, bit of balloon plastic (am I the only one?). Slowly developed floral notes as evening wore on. Day two--more floral, some subtle minty notes as well, with yesterday's funk fading. Also some citrus and spice elements. Wife says that is has "mellowed a bit." Some tannin that is growing on me. I couldn't find good information on this but believe it's an "orange" wine. Fair amount of sediment as this is unfiltered.
It's an interesting wine of some character. I do suggest letting it air before diving in.
