very pale green/straw. pungent aromas: passionfruit, grass and citrus. typical Marlborough SB palate, crispy acidity, some sea salt underlying, (salty flavour is not usual for fine Marlborough SB, but you can find it in a few commercial wines, e.g. Oyster Bay). medium length mineral and slight sweet finish.
