Deep golden copper. Nose has become muted with notes of gentle oxidation, metals, dried apricots and some nuts. On the palate, it has moved past fruity with slightly salty, marzipan, dried quince, and some seashells. I'm not very experienced w aged white burg. it was not flawed, but I am unsure if the wine is supposed to taste this way. Paired w/ seared lime tuna.

Again, a very nice wine. Nice balance with a bit of nuttiness. Good maturity with some complexity and smoothness. Quality wine.
Pale yellow. Drinking nicely. Medium-light body with herbal and stone friuit notes. Good stuff.
