Delicious, medium body, soft tannins, nice raspberry type flavors, soft minerality, slightly fruit forward, but pleasantly so. i think better after waiting a couple years--a bit more complex now.

Last bottle from this allotment. One of the best values out there. Similar notes as from 01/2016 and 10/2015. Maybe a little softening and integration since our last tasting but still plenty of verve.

Still earthy but the fruit is more pronounced than with our earlier experience with this wine. Light and easy drinking, this is their entry level Pinot Noir and I continue to be impressed with the Handley family of wines.
