  Nose is not excessively floral, with cedar wood, stone fruits, qumquats. Very good acidity, minerals, yellow apples, peaches - so layered and complex; full bodied, with the right amount of butter and vanilla on the long ending, which shows some cracked pepper too.
  This is such a great, modern-style Chardonnay; it’s in a great spot now - still fresh but with lots of evolution showing already. I would drink now or even keep 4-5 years to see how it evolves into a more mature stage. We had it with monkfish in a tomato and caper sauce, and it was a great pair. Awesome wine!

  Deep gold color. Chardonnay/Sauvignon Blanc. Aromas of pear, white flowers, butter, smoke. Wine is dry, full bodied, medium+ acidity, intense. Medium finish.
