Pretty consistent w/ 3/15 note, though perhaps a bit less floral on the nose. I'm also getting a little green on the palate (not in a bad way). Good QPR.

No argument with studleytrey's notes below, only a tad higher on the point score given its relative value over a $40 California Santa Rita Hills AVA Pinot Noir I tasted recently — definitely overpriced, as many Pinot Noirs are these days. All in all, this Le Cecche is a super pasta/pizza/Mediterranean stew wine.

Big fan of their Langhe nebbiolo, which is old school and delicious. This, in contrast, is a more simple, fruity, crowd-pleasing wine. Blend of nebbiolo, dolcetto, and barbera. Deep, but transparent, ruby in color. Floral nose of roses and violets, with some earth and dark red and blue fruits. Medium+ body, medium acid and finish, and flavors of dark red and blue fruits, with a bit of earth and spice. For pizza, red sauce, lighter meats, and quaffing.
