DnP. Red with emerging maturity, 4,5. Generous, ripe red fruits, slightly spicy oak. Harmonious elegant dry palate. Drink now-2022. This has taken on complexity.

The second bottle did not start out well; it was sharp, acidic and alcoholic. But after 45 minutes of air, it smoothed out and resumed it's good behavior.

I bought 3 bottles on a whim, having never heard of it or tasted it. I was pleasantly surprised. A shade darker than most pinots. Lots of red fruit and earthiness on the nose, with a bit of something else, maybe herb? Light-medium body, superbly balanced, very long finish. An excellent wine and great value, in a market where reasonably priced pinot noirs are rare. Buy again.

A fairly even bright-ish light red with clear signs of youth at the rim. Quite a big red fruit nose, with almost meaty-beetrooty overtones and some sort of vaguely marjoram-like herbal notes. Light, fruity palate with fragrant, juicy red fruits. Initially, it seems rather delicious and inordinately drinkable. It's not at all overdone: there's a bit of sweetness to the fruit, but no hint of jamminess whatsoever. That initial bright, youtful fruit gives way to some depth and good character. There's a notable acidity that keeps it balanced. Just a hint of tannins on the finish. Very, very, very long after. There's actually plenty of interest in this, beyond being merely delicious. I am much more impressed by this, than I thought I was going to be, and at a mere £12.99 from Edencroft Wines, it seems a very good buy.
