  • 90% Mauzac, 10% Chardonnay
    from clay-limestone soil to the west of Limoux at 200-300 m
    with yield of 55 hL/ha.
    Manual harvest. Vinified at 15*C. Second fermentation in the bottle
    12% Abv.
    Winemakers: Laurent Calmel et Jérôme Joseph

    A(ccuray)=2: Light lemon/straw. Fresh and spritzy.
    B(alance)=2: Delicate fruit, acidity dorminant.
    C(omplexity)=2: Citrus, grassy herbs, hint of toast.
    D(epth)=1: Vibrant mouthfeel. Average length and finish.
