Argentina - Not Malbec (Ray's): I don't recall having an Argentinian Pinot Noir before. Varietally correct. For $20, it was decent. Ruby in color. The nose has candied cherries. On the palate, it is light and easy. Cherry fruit. Pleasant. No depth. Medium finish.

This was an extremely odd wine. Hot and sweet, it smelled like a fireball hard candy from childhood. Short finish, with a weak palate. Maybe a bad bottle/

Same vineyard site as the entry level but from a single vineyard site the ripens much later - about a month later.
Smells like a French burgundy. Like a Chorely Les Beaune or something. Bill says its Domaine Leroy like. Maybe in terms of its VA and structural components. Ok, I'll grant him that.

This was oddly zippy almost sour. Refraining it from being pleasant. I did four a bit of nice red berries but it simply to sour imo.
