Pouring this into the decanter there is a slight bit of bricking within the wine and there was a small streak running up the cork. Other that that this looks like things are off to a bang with 13.4% alcohol this ruby red gem in the glass may be a new "must have" producer just based on the scents coming from the glass. On the nose an earthy, rustic, funk dominates more subtle notes of strawberry, roses, and cedar. In the mouth there is bracing acidity that calls for food followed by strawberries, cranberries, and clove along a medium-long finish. This is really something quite special...

Another delicious bottle, but not quite up to the heights of the last one.

Absolutely delicious pinot! Wonderful earth and red berries on the nose with sour cherries on the rich complex palate culminating in a tasty finish.

About the same as last note. Needs just a little more fruit.

Ok fruit with a brisk acid backbone. These really do need an hour of air to open up. Lots of earthy barnyard funk keeps this from a higher score.
