  Pale-full gold color, this is not a rosé - the nose is reminiscent of vintage champagne, with notes of of baked bread, caramel, and cream. In the mouth it has that same creaminess and Carmel with accents of lemon peel and a pleasant bit of bitterness hiding in the back end. Really delicious and fun, and still drinking well!

  Still delicious. unusual, great minerality and acidity, a hint of muskiness. Agree with Meyer lemon, maybe blood orange, and I like the rhubarb suggestion, as well. Terrific palate persistence and is great with food.

  Always such a refreshing summer sipper. Aromas of strawberries, rhubarb, tangerine and minerals. The palate has a bit more citrus, rhubarb, apple, light acid and medium minerals for structure. Likely more of a short term drinker and doing quite well now.
