  Mursteinrød mot lett orange rand.
  Umiddelbart rått høstløv, jord og kjeller. Etter en stund krydder. Modne bringebær og kirsebær. Urter med pepper.
  Denne er rå, volatil, nesten litt uregjerlig og rustikk i munnen. Tørr, syrlig, frisk lakris mot fennikel. Tobakk til slutt og meget god lengde. Spesiell men meget god vin.

  Very pretty red raspberry, earth, spices, floral notes and mineral qualities on the nose. Medium bodied (13.%% ABV) with red raspberry, dark cherry and dark berries upfront and through the middle. Towards the back, the wine starts to show some really nice density and exciting, contrasting notes of tart black cherry mixed with higher toned cranberry. Finishes with good length, showing the classic Etna stone/slate, mineral and volcanic earth properties. This didn't have the weight of the Contrada G from yesterday, but the fruit showed noticeably better and the balance was a step ahead as well. This held up well over seven hour open, so it clearly has a number of years in front of it at this high level.

  Lovely wine with a touch of elegant dark fruit and a lovely intensity. Has develop nicely and is still very young.
  Translucent and refined fruit profile. Has a touch of smoke on the palate also.

  More fruit than the Guardiola. I liked it better. Minerally.

  Dibbeldekantert og det gjorde vinen godt (karaffel så i flaske 18t med kork, 3 t på karaffel igjen.Duft av mørke bær og sedertre. Flott syre, og taninene ble myke etter dekantering. Søt tobakk, modne solbær. Flott vin til tagliata av indrefilet av kalv.
