  • Though a little on the tart side, this is a very affordable and tasty Sauvignon Blanc from Chile. The palate is mostly dominated by some very young and raw malic acid. Behind all that acid is some peachy, honeyed grapefruit with lemon/lime and Granny Smith apple. The palate is very dry with the taste of wet stones and shale. The finish leaves us with the taste of peach and apricot skins on the roof of the mouth.
