  We had three bottles -- a bit inconsistent among the bottles. One had a significant chemical aftertaste, whereas the other two didn't. The two that were good, were very good with light citrus and white peach and hints of pear. The one that was different, had much more of a grassy citrus taste. Strange.

  Definitely one of the better Ca Sauv Blancs. Nice nose of lemon, lime, and hints of crisp Asian pear along with some floral scents. The palate is definitely richer and more lush than a classic Loire wine or even NZ, but still retains a very nice freshness. Overall quite tasty although not what I would think of as a classic sauv blanc.
