Still young & shows a lot of freshness more common with Prosecco. Needs time to age in the bottle. On the palate lemon & apricot come through. Very mild yeast/brioche flavors hit mid-palate & fade as a medium bitter pithy finish takes over. I expect as it ages in the bottle the yeast/brioche flavors to grow, picking up a nuttiness, and smoothing out the finish. I wouldn’t touch it until at least 2025, should continue to age past 2030.

Medium gold fine mousse. Nose has fennel and orchard fruit. Mature oxidative flavours. Medium body and some bitterness. Quite expensive for this quality.
