Pale ivory colour, spritz in the glass. Clean but faint lime and elderflower nose. Nice round flavour with a good but not overpowering sharpness. Less tropical than your average NZ sauvignon, but not as lean as a French one. A good balance, good value. [Natural cork; 12.5% abv; Scotmid/Co-op, £6.49]

PnP. Light silvery yellow. Grassy jalepano and Asian pear on the nose. Herbal but not astringent with a touch of pear. Short finish.
