  We opened on 2/12 and drank over three nights. If I were to score this on opening I would have given this an 89, however, we resealed the bottle and drank it the following night and it was a totally different wine. 1st day - very closed down and funky. 2nd - 3rd days - vibrant, med+ acidity, lemon rind, delicate, and more fragrant. If I scored just on 2nd - 3rd days I would give it a 92.
