  80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Bianco. Light straw yellow, fresh and fruit forward nose, showing ripe pear, citrus fruits, apple, pineapple, hints of mineral and floral notes.
  Pretty lean on the palate with crisp acidity, the flavor profile reminds me of the bubbly Franciacorta with lemon curd, spice apple, almond and light toast. Finishes well and dry. Very pleasant and offers great QPR for a still white at price fraction of the Franciacorta.
