  • Really drinking well, amazing easy drinking wine wine. Drink now, its not going to get any better.

  • This has been in our cellar a while - received as Symmetry Society members years ago.
We enjoyed with a nice steak dinner. Though the app said it was past its drinking window, we found it to still be very good! Nice fruit, smooth tannins and nice finish. Very enjoyable!

  • Drank beautifully & paired perfectly w/a nice grilled NY Strip. Still full of fruit w/pleasing mouthfeel & a nice full lingering finish. Well balanced w/no issues at a 15.5% alcohol. If you have one it has time left but why wait?

  • This had been purchased at the winery back in late 2013. Enjoyed from magnum along with a smoked prime rib at a belated family Christmas dinner. Decanted for an hour prior to dinner. Mature, balanced, complex and smooth with fruit, tannin and acid all in harmony. No noticeable signs that this will “fall off a cliff” soon, and if cellared property, this should drink well for another 2-3 years. Very elegant and classy.

  • Dark purple almost inky in color with nose of concentrated cassis, rose petals, and notes of leather and cedar wood. Classic new world Cab. On the palate very nicely balanced with full body, medium acidity, and round tannins in the front of the mouth. There is some nice spiciness there as well, but this turns to overly boozy momentarily. It finishes off with heavy cassis and vanilla cream. Lingers for quite a while. Overall, I love these big Cali Cabs and this one definitely demonstrates all their wonderful qualities. However, would have rate it higher if the alcohol wasn’t so easily pronounced.
