This wine is drinking well. Nice silky texture with notes of cherries and red berries. Still have ample acidity and goes well with food. Finish is moderate. Could age few more years.

Interesting experience with this wine. We bought a case or half case from a store in Healdsburg five or so years ago. Some of the bottles were good, some oxidized and terribly unsatisfactory. This was the last one and it was very enjoyable. It was flinty, acidic and herbal, not particularly fruity but a perfect food wine. The alcohol was not at all noticeable (until the bottle was finished). Not a tremendous experience with Burgundy but this seemed to be Burgundian. Certainly not what I've come to expect from California.

Red brick color, spicy nose. Medium bodied with notes of earth and spice. Would not have guessed it was a California Pinot if I had blind-tasted. Much more European in style.

Nice wine but hard to tell its Pinot. Big juicy fruit. No heat.
