  Light Golden Yellow, almost brilliant.
  Intense, medium complex and fine at nose: Sage/mint, mineral notes (calcareous), agrumes hints.
  Dry, alcoholic and medium rounded. Good acidity and minerality. Good body
  Intense, persistent and medium fine.
  Just bottled: detached and unbalanced at the beginning, gets better the second day. Anyway a bit harsh.
