Ripe, rich and silky, with some leather notes and adequate acidity. This wine is still drinking well and should have another year or two in its maturity window.

This wine was a real charmer! I enjoyed the aroma of red plum and red cherries, along with a little clove, wood, and a mustiness that was not objectionable. The tannin and acidity worked well together. This Pinot was more dry than most I've had lately, which was a pleasant change. The finish was not memorable. All in though, I can't wait to buy some more!

This wine has a nice garnet/ruby color with a nose of spice, gingerbread, and vanilla. The body is medium body with moderate acidity and tastes of red fruit, vanilla, and a bit of oak. The finish is on the shorter side.

Spiced fruity nose, with cassis, raspberry, strawberry, clove, hints of vanilla and tobacco. Lovely earth/mineral notes in the palate, traces of dried exotic fruit, wet ash/stone. Medium tannins, medium acidity, light to medium body. Delightful.

Dark fruit, ripe and earthy, with a silky texture. A tasty, mature village Chambolle.
