Way past its prime. Opened two bottles and they did not represent the vineyard or the vintage well. I should not have held on to these so long. Brownish in color, light edges. Did not have any valuable taste.

Dark ruby color; Nice nose of dirt and earth with a little raspberry, maybe some cherry; same flavors on the palate with a meat component as well, overall a little too flabby probably due to being past its drinking window...otherwise this wine would probably be about an 88.

This has been consistently dependable for the past few years, but is certainly now getting past its prime. My last bottle from this vintage. Still drinking well, but now’s the time to drink any remaining bottles. My tasting notes remain the same: a silky, medium-bodied, merlot with notes of black cherry and a little oak. Not quite as smooth as I remember. Next time I will try the Grand Estates, but Two Vines still remains, in my mind, the best bang-for-your-buck value Merlot available.

Nothing special, a little past its prime, one dimensional. At under $5 Columbia Crest makes great QPR, find it if you can.
