We loved this with pasta & shrimp pesto. Complimented it beautifully. Initial notes of butterscotch opened up to vanilla & mild oak with creaminess and a slight mineral at the very end. Drinking well now and should evolve nicely in the bottle over the next 2 years.

PleasNt full bodied Chardonnay, not overly oaked but with notes of vanilla and toasted almost six which tasted well with baked Camenbett with mushrooms and almonds
