Decanted for 30 minutes (with some sediment) and will benefit from some additional decanter time. Deep dark purple core in the glass. Notes of dark fruits and lots of earth on the nose. Some blue fruit, quite a bit of dark red fruit, spice, and some earth on the medium bodied palate. The acidity was lively but balancing with some drying tannins on the finish. Overall, a nice, but not WOW wine that should hold for some years.

Decanted 2 hours. A delishous rich thick GSM blend with resolving tannins. On the palate we get dominating jammy blackberry and prune fruits, along with leather, pepper spice, and cedar notes. The finish is robust that exhibits the big black juicy fruit and spices.
While this is a nice wine we have had better GSM blends for much less money, Projecting another 5 years on its drinking window but we'll drink our final bottle sooner.

An often overlooked favorite of mine from Daou. It is essentially a CNdP blend from Paso Robles. The fruit is doing well as the tannins continue to integrate and put a smile on my face. At least another 10+ years ahead!

Wow. This is really drinking well right now. Deep ruby color, lots of stain and legs galore. Leather, red and black fruit on the nose, add leather and graphite in the palate. Tannins finally easing up and perfectly balanced acid. Very, very nice.
