  • Light advanced rose color - effusive perfume of fresh orchard and tropical fruits and flowers and honey. Dances lightly on the palate with acidity keeping the panoply of aromas as flavors in sharp focus without a hint of cloy from the residual sugar.
Enormous success - one of those wines that you kick yourself over just getting one bottle.

  • Not overly complex, with nice, ripe apricots, oranges, honey and chalk, but quite low in acidity. Still, it was fun to drink this rare wine, as it is not sold commercially, and is only available at the domaine.

  • Made from Clairette grapes shrunk by botrytis, which in effect reduces the water. A very concentrated dessert wine which leaves a viscous hanging ring when swirled in a glass. Intense flavors of apricot, raisin, fig, and dates, which fill and coat the mouth from taking even a tiny sip. Recorking the bottle and putting it into the refrigerator allows this wine to the enjoyed for a month with zero deterioration. Superb with cakes, cheeses, and fresh fruits.
