When I bought this at the winery I bought the '12 but they gave me the '10 instead. This was pleasant but underwhelming. Light-bodied, this felt more like a Pinot than a Syrah. This felt more like a $25 wine vs. a $50 wine. Give me Paso Robles any day.

Thomas Fogarty Winery (Santa Cruz - Skyline): Dead and lifeless. Stewed plum, pepper, barnyard. Serving this as part of a Signature Reserve Tasting was insulting to say the least. Not even worth commenting further on.

Wow. Excellent Syrah which has a very fruity flavor but easy drinking and low acidity

Wine is drinking very well right now. Wood smoke early on the nose, caramel covered cherries, Cassis, with chocolate on the finish
