  A complete disappointment. The more we tried it the less it interesting it became. It actually kind of imploded. In the end quite uninteresting.

  3rd Chardonnay for the evening was un-oaked. Quite different in style. In a way I appreciate this more than the heavily oaked ones, as I prefer its freshness instead of having heavy, buttery notes.
  
  Green apples and citrus to the nose. High in acidity. No sweetness from the fruit to smoothen it. Green apples, citrus and a touch of melon to mid palate. Medium long finish, slightly spicy in the end.
  
  It was paired with salmon prepared "pure" in the oven. Was a nice pairing.
