Another good example of classical but non Rhone grown Syrah. Full body, deep purple color. Complex ripe fruits and peppery aroma. Rich palate of black currant and blackberry following by earthy background and lingering, still juicy finish. Well balanced and still fresh, wild berries acidity and completely resolved tannins. Food friendly, well pairing to stewed with mushrooms veal. Serve 16ºC - 21ºC depend on personal preferences, peppery and mineral as Crozes-Hermitage when chilled and impressively fruity as Cornas with temperature rising. Open one hour ahead. Ready and won’t improve more, drink now but should be in same drinking conditions next three/five years.

This is delicious fruit in a bottle, vital, multi layered & complex that feels silky smooth as it goes down, as if asking for another sip. Fantastic.
