Robe jaune verdâtre très claire. Nez qui me fait penser à un champagne. Arômes de minéral, citron et liche. Vin vif. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Très bon accord avec le tartare de saumon.

The wine looks blonde colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like grapefruit, vanilla, a hint of mint, and butterscotch. It tastes like lemon, a bit of pineapple, mineral and a little butterscotch. The body is light/medium. The wine finishes short. The wine has medium acidity.

Paired with seared scallops and a blueberry balsamic gastrique. Horrible pairing - should've gone with the alternate Riesling. Was hoping something dry would contrast well with the sweet-sour-savory. Lesson learned. Ok, so trying to rate this separate from dinner. Nose is over ripe verging on going off peach and grapefruit. Rather dry in the mouth, with more suggestions of white peach and perhaps grapefruit, but mostly a lot of acid. Medium finish. The acid is crisp and refreshing, but simple. A mindless summer sipper - not entirely a bad thing, but you can do better.

Citrus-y, white peach, floral notes. Light easy drinking summer wine. Well balanced, very enjoyable, not much complexity. Good qp.
