Scintillating Montrachet. Carved from a block of chalk. Almost painful to drink. Needs another 10 years. Didn't budge at all after 24 hours in the decanter.

Drunk at LQV HK. An ethereal Montrachet, in the lighter Puligny style. The smallest producer with only 5 ares, the wine is made by Lamy Pillot. An extremely pretty nose of white flowers, citrus and chalk. The wine was medium weight for a Montrachet but had enormous length. Worth seeking out
