Simply delicious. This is one of those wines that just draws you in with every sip. No decant and served with grilled fish tacos. We drank it slowly, finishing it about an hour after dinner and it continued to evolve. It started out with typical Alsace petrol and citrus. With air, the petrol mellowed and peach filled the palate. Excellent producer, excellent wine. Drinking beautifully now, and I feel it could go 5 more years with no problem.
