  • Deep gold w copper nuances. Bq w honey, touch of botrytis, champignons, floral, pumpkins. Initial taste full of honey, which soon transforms into a quite firm, high-acidity middle w quince, champignons, and the usual Pinot Gris-tastes. Long, structured aftertaste, with quince marmalade. Still quite fresh, but I wouldn't keep it for long.

  • Amber colour. Complex bq w citrus, peaches, spices (clove?), melon, whiff of floral. Very ripe fruit with citrus, fatty, some sweetness, but well balanced with a pleasant acidity. Long, complex aftertaste, surprisingly dry considering bq and body. No sign of the 15% alcohol! Definitely peaking now, drink within 2 yrs. Very good Pinot Gris!

  • Second time I've tasted this. Greenish-gold color. Very intense, floral nose. Some sweetness on the midpalate. Dense melon/tropical fruit flavors. Nice supporting acidity. Long, dry finish.

  • Picked up a bottle at a local wine shop and opened (too early) out of curiosity. Thick and rich, with flavors of melon, figs, apricots, and a hint of diesel. Moderately sweet and nicely balanced with fresh acidity; paired well with take-out Chinese.
