Fourth and last bottle. Dark golden yellow, salty, fudge, chili, quite intense heat but lowish acidity. Prime length. Very much like a mature white Rioja. Great qpr and great to monitor this wine’s development over the years. Who knows where it would go with more cellar time...

Wow. The development of this wine is remarkable. From steely, citric acidity in 2015, to somewhat more yellow apple-oriented in 2016, to something completely different today, three additional years on.
Darkish yellow, quite oily, most blinders guessed it as either an aged Chenin Blanc or a white Rioja. Ripe apple, chamomile, syringa, somewhat dusty minerality, intriguing and inviting.
Amazing qpr on this wine. Very glad I have one more bottle left - will try to keep my hands off it for at least one year more to see where it goes.

Consistent with previous note, although with air and time in the glass florality opens up and tones of yellow apple evolve, reminiscing a young Auslese.

My first Cretan wine; off the list at Molyvos. Lighter and fruitier than most assyrtiko from Santorini, but delicious citrus fruit, fresh white flowers, and good acid and mineral bite on the palate. Refreshing and good food wine for fish, vegetables, or anything oily that needs some cut.

Lemon, chamomile, and coriander notes on the nose. Strong lemon and minerality with herbal notes. Good drinker on a beach.
