Decanted for an hour, drank over three. Color is a beautiful translucent ruby. Nose of ripe strawberries, pomegranate, plum, and a bit of licorice. Fine tannins, medium-low acidity, and elevated alcohol, probably higher than the 14.8 listed. Delicious, and obviously well made. Not sure it's great QPR; for California Grenache, I probably prefer the Tribute to Grace bottllngs. That said, the wine was delicious.

liked with pork tenderloin and roasted potatoes. much lighter than I remember my last bottle. lots of strawberry and like a redcurrant palate. a tiny bit of spice and dust on the finish. decent but not biting acid. a consistently good, fairly easy-drinking grenache

Lovely color - light red, nearly translucent next to light. On the nose, strawberries first and foremost, with some pomegranate too. On the palate, strawberries, raspberries, fine dust, medium to medium-low acidity, and some bitter notes which were a bit distracting and detracted from the wine’s freshness and lightness. Enjoyable, but not sure it offers particularly good value. Had without food - perhaps I would have enjoyed more with food.

Light wine, ruby and clearly can see through it. Looks and smells like a pinot, imo. Some matchstick, cherry, and strawberry. Strawberry Rhubarb pie. Still a great deal of fruit and is drinking well, but well have our last bottle (and a remaining 2012!) this summer.
