  Pale yellow in color, this wine showed orange zest, unripe apricot and white peach on the nose. The mouth feel was moderately heavy with firm acidity and a dry but oily, waxy taste. The finish was medium with the white peach notes dominating and the waxy element continuing on.
  
  Purchased for $8US, this wine had classic notes of Viogner but the waxy, oily element may turn off some tasters. It did for me.
