  • 250ml carafe in 28-50 restaurant. Rather good showing and surpassing my expectations for a simple bourgogne blanc 2011 white burgundy. Opened up nicely with a bit of air in a large Burgundy glass - pleasant and good pairing with the prawns.

  • By the glass at the Kitchen Table, London. Fresh bottle.
Quite a light colour. Young and still very fresh, lemony, light oaky dynamics but mostly a clean, citrus profile with a good fatty edge. Very good for a generic wine. A few sharp edges here and there, a bitter touch on the finish sort of spoiled the otherwise very good performance. 88ish
