  Terrific. Layered, honey, floral. Great mouthfeel. Long finish.

  This shows a melange of honeydew, white flowers, crushed stones and orange blossom over the course of two days. Following its development was very interesting. The body is rich and supple, with good acids peeking out from underneath and helping to cut the richness and keeping this fresh. The finish is extended and shows the concentrated orange tones along with some warmer loamy notes.
