Coral pink color with peach skin red fruit, iron, wet stone, dried herb aromas. On the palate it’s medium-bodied with mouthwatering, fresh acidity and strawberry, black cherry, watermelon citrus rind, wet stone, and subtle spice flavor accented with an appealing savory note, and a very satisfying finish. 100%Mouvedre from the Vogelzang Vineyard 12.9% abv

Light salmon colour. Bright acidity. Nose is alternately earthy and watermelon. Some blood/iron on the palate, especially toward the back. Otherwise it's light strawberry and watermelon. There are some herbaceous and savoury notes as well as this warms slightly.
Definitely opened up somewhat with air, and I liked it slightly warmer than fridge temp best. There's a bit left for day 2.
Day 2 this was singing. Delicious, and yet more proof of the awesomeness of rose that this grape makes.

Too old
Has lost all varietal character at this point.
Off putting aromas and flavors

Funkalicious! The last couple of years have done this bottle quite well. I wouldn't be surprised if this was a glorious ten year old bottle either.
