Quite nice right now. Medium straw, bright and clear. Lemons, yellow and green apples, saline, oyster shells, a patch of vanilla, some hay. Medium(-) body, with gentle, yet full textures and flavors. Over-delivers on its price. Medium finish, pleasant and a great companion to our salad course. I would be very content to drink this several times a week for months on end. 12,5% abv., thru 2020. recommended
PnP (DIAM), served non-blind.

Drinking perfectly right now. Classic chablis. Flint and wet rocks galore on the nose with solid fruit and minerally chalk notes on the palate. Purchased last weekend, will go back for more.
