  Beautiful light ruby color with pink highlights. Very aromatic wine of roses, vanilla, and strawberries. This medium body rose had copious amounts of light berries on the palate, finishing with an oily richness and balanced acidity. Pretty simple, yet pleasant and refreshing. Wish the body was a little lighter and not as rich, although this did make for a food friendly wine.
