  • Single Vinyard Champagne from 2009 from a recoltant-manipulant . Elegant, rich and deep wine from a 60 year old grape-vine parcelle named „Les Malachets“ from Rilly-La-Montagne. In the nose ripe pear, citrus notes, nuts and marzipan. On the palate spicy, chalky with a long finish. The wine was fermented in oak. Malolactic fermentation was not blocked. Dosage: 3,5 g/l.
