  • Casual drink at ES BK. Pop and poured. Drank in Gabriel Standart.
Appearance is not clear, cloudy, medium intensity, yellow gold colour. Legs.
Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of earthy minerals, toasted nuts, kumquat, orange peel, honey oil, pineapples and cream with air. Developing.
On the palate, dry, medium+ acidity, medium alcohol (13.5%), medium+ body. Medium flavour intensity, with flavours of oily waxiness, honey, kumquat orange, sweet cream with more air. Bitter almond nuts on the medium+ finish.
Good quality. Will go on to develop more nuttiness and honey with another 3-4 years of age, and beyond that, should go into the oxidative realm already, and I think that is probably the intended style?
