Pretty dry but a lot going on in terms of flavors. Lemon and lime, surprisingly green pepper, but less surprisingly, a salinity more commonly found in wines that come from limestone areas, but also some sweetness and candied nuts in the back-drop... This was nice with sushi.

Screw top. Golden straw color. Melon, citrus, and stone nose. Medium bodied, grapefruit, tart lemons, a bit of almond, and a long tangy finish. A little thin and more off-dry than I expected, but still pretty decent for the price.

Blah. May be past prime. Not much to nose. Off-dry. Pear, quince then quickly transitioning to acidic and some minerality with a hint of yellow apple. Medium body.

This continues to be an enjoyable wine, but it did not pair as well with roast turkey as I expected. Looking forward to taking some bottles to warmer environs sometime this winter.

A drier Riesling. Shannon wasn’t a fan.
