So I bought a cellar; 11/12/2022-12/31/2030: This was tasty - nice oily mouthfeel, deep gold in the glass. Not a strong nose, but delicious sweet flavor. Might not have called it a Riesling if tasted blind - it didn’t have that acidity and definitely no petrol. But tasty.

Yellow, almost orange gold. Ripe orange, apple and spice. Decent acidity but not enough to offset and balance the sweetness. Certainly not cloying but missing that mineral electricity of better rieslings.

Did not take extensive tasting notes as we were in the middle of a dinner party at the time. In terms of flavor it pared well with the vanilla Häagen-Dazs with fresh peaches and white wine based simple syrup infused with basil we served it with. It seemed to be not quite as smooth as other ice Rieslings that we've had previously, but that could also have been due to the ice cream we were eating with it.

Light golden yellow color. Nose of vanilla, orange blossom, and honeydew melon. Vibrant, tangy notes of the sweetest sort of tangerine that zings with so much energy I had trouble discerning other notes. Cream, fanta orange soda, and overwhelmed honeysuckle also noted. The finish lingers forever. There is a tiny bit of effervescence. Though it lacks the nuanced complexity, the quality of the wine matches that of a first tier sauternes in the notes that are present. Very well done. Caveat: tried on a Delta flight from Atlanta to London.

(Pacific Rim Vin de Glacier Riesling Selenium Vineyard Columbia Valley) Ever so slightly copper in color. Leaps from the glass with diesel, lemon peel, orange rind, pear, and brown sugar. Coats the palate with orange peel flavors. A thick, rich wine with well-balanced acidity. A persistent finish. 10.4%, acid is 0.88%, pH 3.14, and Residual Sugar 16.0%.

Light straw. Bright, sweet, honeyed yet good balance. Simple but delicious.
