  • I have had several bottles of this superb Grand Cru Chablis. It still needs another 2-3 years, minimum, but I have no doubt about the quality here. Gold green colour. A complex, multi-layered bouquet of grapefruit citrus, pear, wet limestone, iodine, green apple and small white flowers with a touch of salty seaspray. In the mouth, dense and very powerful. Serious mid palate weight and concentration. Detailed and multi-dimensional blend of citrus, green fruit, stonefruit, marine saline, mineral and earthy notes. Intense, lemony and palate staining. Excellent, vibrant acidity. Tactile and grippy. It's drinking well now but, at the moment, it's a little tight and closed.
