Screwcap. Pale gold colour. Nose of buttered corn, with strong sulfurous notes of gunpowder and mustard. Palate is smooth, silky, and buttery, but with enough minerality and acidity to keep it from being flabby. Mild flavours of butter, pineapple, and spring onion. I love butter-bomb Chardonnays, and this was right up my alley.
