Pure raspberry jam in the nose. On the palate, develops more to the raspberry spectrum with pepper overtones which linger on the finish. At almost 15% a bit alcoholic. Medium to full body, balanced acidity, noticeable but well integrated tannins. Long finish. Overall, an excellent Zinfandel.

Nice raspberry jam, cherry, black plum, blackberry and pepper spice aromas with hints of cola, chocolate, vanilla and oak following. This wine has a nice, spicy character, is well-balanced and structured, and leaves you with a pretty long, spicy, lingering finish. (tasted 8/20/15)

Funky and green when first opened, but greatly improved after a couple of hours. Black cherry, plum and oak on the nose and palate. A bramblier-version of its Dry Creek cousins. Everyday drinker. Great price now at your neighborhood warehouse store
